Joint UK-India statement on Enhanced Trade Partnership progress

The Minister for Commerce and Industry of India, Shri Piyush Goyal, and UK Secretary of State for International Trade, Elizabeth Truss, met on Saturday at New Delhi to discuss the India-UK trade and investment relationship.

Ministers agreed to accelerate the process towards launch of the Enhanced Trade Partnership and committed to interact on a more regular basis. Bilateral deliverables have been identified which will immediately benefit the people of both countries.
