Innovative materials and fashion
DHL has a long-standing history with the fashion industry, and both our industries use materials that deliver high performance at a very low cost. However, both logistics and fashion brands are united by a motivation to adapt and innovate in order to keep up with changing needs of companies, consumers and most significantly the environment.
Considering sustainable practices in product development can impact your whole supply chain for the better. Read about innovative materials in fashion in our latest blog.Read more
Small Business Sunday 2020
As a longstanding supporting partner of the Small Business Sunday (#SBS) network, DHL Express UK was proud to attend the annual event at the ICC in Birmingham, this year celebrating the 10th anniversary of #SBS.
Theo Paphitis founded the network in 2010; there have been more than 400,000 #SBS entrants and over 3,000 winners. Theo was particularly proud to reveal that 75% of the winning businesses are female founded. This is even more impressive because only 34% of UK SMEs are female-founded.
