Government announces new Board of Trade

The Department of International Trade announced that there will be a new board of senior advisory figures to the Board of Trade. The Board members are set to meet quarterly using their influence to help the government make a stronger global consensus for free trade.

Secretary of State for International Trade, Liz Truss said: “The new Board of Trade will play an important role in helping Britain make the case for free and fair trade across the UK and around the world.”

Globally renowned brand, Lego, defying the odds as the toy industry slumps

Lego, the infamous toy brand loved by people of all ages, has defied the industry slump by recording increased sales and profits in the first half of this year; recording double-digit revenue percentages in Asia, western Europe and the US.
