Payment Options

We have five easy and convenient ways to pay your invoices…


Direct Debit

Payment is collected from your bank account on or around 23 days from the invoice date. For further information on how to take advantage of this payment method telephone us on 03442 480 777 or visit the payment options website.

Credit or Debit Card

You can settle your account using any major UK registered Credit or Debit Card. To pay by Credit or Debit card please call 03442 480 777.


At the Bank

You can make a payment directly at the bank using the payment slip attached to your invoice or by quoting the DHL bank details below. Please confirm the bank has entered your Invoice number and/or Customer number in their system as a ‘Customer Reference’, to ensure we match your payment with your invoice. Please allow 4 working days for the payment to clear your account.

Please note: Our payment terms are clearly stipulated on our DHL invoices. Payment is due in accordance with your agreed terms, for example 30 days from invoice date, with the exception of Duty & VAT invoices which are payable by return.
