Exports help Ireland’s GDP growth to stay on track

A boost in exports in Q2 2015 has supported economic growth in Ireland. GDP is predicted to expand by 6 per cent in 2015, maintaining Ireland’s status as the fastest-growing economy in the Eurozone.

Ireland imports more from Britain than from any other country and is the UK’s fifth largest export market. As the UK’s closest neighbour, the country is an ideal first step for British companies looking to trade internationally.
