Direct Debit

Payment is collected from your bank account on or around 23 days from the invoice date. For further information on how to take advantage of this payment method telephone us on 08442 480 777 or visit the payment options website.

Credit or Debit Card

You can settle your account using any major UK registered Credit or Debit Card. To pay by Credit or Debit card please call 08442 480 777.


At the Bank

Using the payment slip attached to your invoice. Please confirm that the bank have entered the Invoice number and account number in their system, to ensure that DHL can match your payment to the invoice. Please allow 4 working days for receipt of payment.

BACS

Please remit to sort code 40-02-13 account number 21096222 and ensure you quote your DHL Account Number in the reference field. Remittances should be sent via email to rpu.cash@dhl.com or posted to the following address:

Please note: Payment terms are 30 days from the date of the invoice with the exception of Duty & VAT invoices are payable by return.
