Track your parcel

For your convenience, DHL offer several methods of tracking a shipment. Each shipment you despatch carries a waybill number, you will find this number at the top of the waybill along with the barcode (it is recommended that the sender’s copy of the Waybill is kept on file until a delivery is made).

Should you wish to obtain proof of delivery for any shipment despatched, you may choose one of the following options:


Website

Check your shipment status on www.dhl.co.uk – select “Tracking” and then enter up to 10 Waybill numbers.

Track a shipment online


Email

Enter your waybill number ONLY in the subject field and send to track@dhl.com

Track a shipment via email


Text Message

Simply send a text message with your waybill number to 07720 334 455 - DHL will text you back with the latest information on your shipment.


Customer Services

Dial Customer Service on 0844 248 0844 and say “Track a Parcel” using our speech recognition telephone system.


Mobile Website

To track your parcel from your mobile device, visit our Mobile website
